Arrival: Decorating Staff will arrive onsite as specified by the client. We cannot be held responsible for delays (or incomplete décor) if not allowed a reasonable amount of time to complete décor services as described in this agreement.
- The Host is responsible for providing access to venue entry on time.
- Shagun decors property shall not be damaged. Special care should be taken to protect chairs covers, sashes, table’s covers, table runner, flower arrangement, curtains, structure, lights, fixtures.
- The Shagun decors will not allow any guest or family to stay on site before party time mentioned in contract. For Family photo shoot, the host needs to bring only Number of people agreed or mentioned in contract only half to 1 hrs before event time and after completing decoration only.
Disposal: Breakdown and haul-away services will be provided as part of this agreement. In addition, all Embellishments , fixtures and Framework , Stuff mentioned in quotation are the property of Shagun Décor and these items will be collected during the breakdown of the event
- We are responsible for removing our stuff from venue only. Any other people from party owner or venue people are not authorize to touch or remove. Any damage due to shifting of stuff lead to may party owner pay additional charges.
- We will submit pic proof of setup and what we got on arrival after event. To show missing item. Host need to pay amount of missing or stolen item.
- We are not responsible for checking and do follow-ups with venue for missing item. Host need to do follow-ups . if item not found anywhere. Host need to pay damage charges disclosed by Shagun decors.
- If host want any keepsakes from event. Host need to inform before finalizing everything. Last moment decision of keep stake s not accepted. Host need to ask Shagun decors before keeping anything.
- Host is bound to pay 10% of quote as damage charges which is nonrefundable from Nov 2021 onward.
- Cleaning charges $150 is compulsory for wedding to clear venue stage and mandap.
Material and Design Guarantee:
All materials are guaranteed as specified by the Shagun decors. We provide same design as discussed with customer. If Party owner fails to provide venue picture or video minimum 2 weeks before event . We added any commodity last moment to fix Pros and cons of venue. In that case, Party owner is responsible to pay any additional charges came on rent of that particular stuff. We reserve the right to substitute an item of like kind and quality.
Damage/ Theft
Any Damage or theft of fixtures of Shagun decor at event venue from setup date to breakdown of event decoration will require additional payment .. Damage bill will be given by The Facilitator 2 days after party date after checking all supplies.
Accident Clause:
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to our decor that is caused by mischief or mishandling by the client, guests or site staff. If any cost occurred that will be paid by Party owner .
Inclement Weather Clause: Shagun Decor shall not be responsible should weather conditions make it impossible to perform décor service (as described in this agreement). This includes (but is not limited to) strong winds, rain or SNOW STORMS, Strong Sun.
Outdoor Décor Clause:
For outdoor events: a Shagun decor comes 3 hrs before your event for decoration. We need to come for stuff removal same day if fencing is not there. Host is responsible to pay amount invoice given by Shagun decors if commodity is stolen or missing.
wants your special day to go without a hitch and we will work diligently to ensure a flawless occasion. If however, certain events beyond our control should prevent us from meeting our high standards, Shagun decors is to be held blameless. We will nevertheless, do everything in our power to rectify the situation that is outside our normal control.
Balloon - We use only the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your décor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. If inclement weather conditions make it difficult or impossible to produce as specified Shagun Décor will do its best to be flexible with providing décor alternatives. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control.
Promotion
The Shagun decors agrees to use the Host’s event picture for Promotion . Shagun décor respect your privacy policy and use only picture without party owner and guest for promotion with our logo where ever desired in all marketing materials
Cancellation
Shagun decors is not responsible for inclement weather, acts of God, or other situations that may cancel or postpone your event. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate date changes to your event.
- If the Host Cancels within 10 days of the booking, they will receive refund all the amount not used for decoration either 70% of the original fees whichever option available.
- If the Host cancels within 20 days of the event, they will receive amount left of original fees either 50% of fees which ever option is avail and notice given Before or within 7 days no refund will be given. In case of amount already used, Shagun decors will give you opportunity to book another event within same year and if same stuff is used the host will not pay amount for particular that item only. The Host will be entitled to pay Balance amount.
- If the Shagun decors cancels, he will either provide substitute planner or refund the full fee.
If Party host make disclosure of any of the confidential information, Shagun decors will consider that breach of agreement and take all reasonable steps necessary to retrieve the lost or improperly disclosed information.
Payment is confirmation for approval of all terms mentioned above. Manual signature not required.
